For participating RCH rentals, Rently makes a self-guided visit possible. You explore without an accompanying leasing agent, during a confirmed tour window and using the property’s current access instructions.

What “self-guided” means

You walk through the home yourself. Rently handles the tour setup and access process; this is not a live, agent-led showing. If you have questions about the home or the next step, contact RCH.

Plan your visit in four steps

1. Start with the current listing. Browse RCH’s available homes and open the Rently portfolio to check whether the home offers a self-guided tour. Photos and signs alone don’t confirm that a home is available to enter.
2. Complete Rently’s setup. Create an account or sign in, then complete the identity-verification steps Rently requests. Review the current requirements and any charges shown before confirming.
3. Confirm an offered tour window. Choose an available option for that property and check your confirmation before heading over. Tour access is not an open invitation to arrive at any time.
4. Follow your private instructions. At the property, use the check-in and access instructions provided for your visit. When you finish, follow the directions to secure the home and return any key.

Make the walkthrough count

Bring your questions, take note of the layout and think about how the spaces fit your routine. Check the listing for the details that matter to you, including rent, move-in timing and pet information. Touring and applying are separate steps; follow the current listing’s application instructions when you’re ready.
