Documented property outcomes

Results should be measured—not vaguely promised.

RCH tracks the operational outcomes owners care about and supports them with dates, reports, communications and property records.

Leasing velocity

We measure from market-ready activation through approved application and signed lease, while preserving screening standards and reporting the achieved rent.

Vacancy exposure

We document notice dates, make-ready timing, marketing activation and move-in so owners can see where vacancy days occurred and what shortened—or delayed—the turnover.

Inspection findings

Inspection value is demonstrated by what was identified, how quickly the owner was notified, what action was approved and whether the repair prevented additional damage.

Transparent owner records

A credible result includes the property context and source documentation. RCH does not publish invented averages or cherry-picked claims without support.

Recent documented examples

Small details become measurable protection.

These examples show how actual RCH property handoffs become clear action lists and accountable follow-through.

San Tan Valley · Move-in review

One walkthrough created a coordinated property punch list.

The review documented HVAC connectivity, landscaping, an in-ground trampoline, HOA-related exterior items and pest-control follow-up before the tenancy settled in.

Result: owner and vendors received specific, documented next steps.
Gilbert · Access handoff

Keys, remotes and property condition were verified together.

The move-in process documented house and mailbox keys, garage remotes and community access while also identifying a microwave replacement and a lighting repair.

Result: access inventory and maintenance needs were recorded at possession.
Gold Canyon · Pre-move-in inspection

Possession timing and unfinished items stayed clear.

The inspection identified outstanding garage remotes and remaining real-estate signage, then documented that the home could not be re-entered before the official lease start.

Result: a cleaner handoff with responsibilities and timing in writing.
